◆ Seek your afterlife but do not forget about your share in this dunya.

Surah Al-Qasas, Verse 77:

But seek, with that (wealth) which Allah has bestowed on you, the home of the Hereafter, and forget not your portion of legal enjoyment in this world, and do good as Allah has been good to you, and seek not mischief in the land. Verily, Allah likes not the Mufsidun (those who commit great crimes and sins, oppressors, tyrants, mischief-makers, corrupts).
(English - Mohsin Khan)

◆ When you ask something from this dunya, tie it with the akhirah. Example: Ask for provision so that you can spend in the way of Allah.

◆ Keep insisting on your dua.

◆ Everytime you wake up, make dua with your goal.

◆ You can have dunya in your hand but dunya should not have you in its hand. Remember that Prophet Sulayman a.s. was very rich and powerful but he was among the best slave of Allah SWT.

◆ Shaytan will always deceive you with the "all or nothing" trick. He will make you think that you can't do something good if you don't have at least an hour or more of free time. Dont be tricked! You can always do something beneficial in even 5 minutes!

◆ Consistent small deeds do make a difference in your life. A man memorizes a line of Quran per day and manage to memorize the whole Quran in 6 years.

◆ Prioritize your goals. Write down what you need to do. Do what's important first.

◆ Try this! Donate from your pocket without knowing how much you put in. This is one of the groups of people which will be under the Shade of Allah on the Day of Resurrection.

◆ Say good or remain silent. Just because you have an opinion, it doesn't mean that you have to say it out.

◆ The brotherhood in faith is stronger than in blood.

◆ When you are merciful to each other, Allah will be merciful to you.

◆ Always make dua for others as it will bounce back to you.

◆ When you love your brother or sister, tell her. Brother to brother. Sister to sister.

◆ Do not mock people. Are you making fun of the creations or the Creator?

◆ Everyone deserves to get knowledge. Share it! Spread the khayr!

◆ No other religion impose on the importance of seeking knowledge as our deen. Knowledge will be the reason why this ummah will prosper.

◆ Reflect on the seed, how it can grow back when planted into earth even if it is hundred years old. We will also sprout back from our death from the end of our tailbone.

◆ When you have firm belief in the hereafter, it will make you strong, motivates you to strive for goodness and stay away from sins.

◆ If you are conscious of the hereafter, no disturbance will bother you.

◆ A Muslim who bows down to Allah, can stand up to anything. True believers are the strongest people on earth.

◆ Just because Allah knows everything, it doesn't mean that He doesn't give us choices. He knows what will happen and if things were to be done differently, then how it will be.

◆ The choice is ours. We can't blame qadr for our actions.

◆ You can't claim that you love someone for the sake of Allah if you don't make dua for them.

◆ Give rights to your health, to your family and to Allah. Balance it all. Politely decline people's request in order to follow your schedule.

◆ Seek 70 excuses for your brother and sister when you are in doubt about them. Shaytaan will always make the situation seems worse than what it really is.

◆ Intentionally denying The Creator is the worst thing one can do.

◆ Surah Al Fatihah is a dua. You are having a beautiful dialog with Allah SWT when you recite Al Fatihah. So don't rush into it. Savour the moment.

◆ As long as your dua is not a sin, it will be answered. Allah is All Hearing.

◆ Surah An Noor talks about modesty and chastity but in the middle of the surah, Allah SWT said that "He is The Light of the sky". Theme of surah is how to gain the light of Allah SWT. One of the ways is attained through modesty and guarding your chastity.
Surah An-Noor, Verse 35:

Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The parable of His Light is as (if there were) a niche and within it a lamp, the lamp is in glass, the glass as it were a brilliant star, lit from a blessed tree, an olive, neither of the east (i.e. neither it gets sun-rays only in the morning) nor of the west (i.e. nor it gets sun-rays only in the afternoon, but it is exposed to the sun all day long), whose oil would almost glow forth (of itself), though no fire touched it. Light upon Light! Allah guides to His Light whom He wills. And Allah sets forth parables for mankind, and Allah is All-Knower of everything.
(English - Mohsin Khan)

◆ Only in Surah As Saffaat that Allah doesn't mention the west after mentioning the east. That's because Allah SWT is talking about the unstoppable rise of Islam. Thus only the side where the sun rises is mentioned.
Surah As-Saaffat, Verse 5:

Lord of the heavens and of the earth, and all that is between them, and Lord of every point of the sun's risings. (None has the right to be worshipped but Allah).
(English - Mohsin Khan)

◆ Wisdom is to put things at the right time and the right place, using the right method.

◆ The life and character of Rasulullah SAW itself is enough proof that he is indeed the Messenger of Allah.

◆ One of the challenges faced by children and youth is hearing about good manners but not seeing it. We must demonstrate Islam by putting it into practice!

◆ The first stage of Hereafter is in the grave, after you die.

◆ Some signs of the Last Day are apearing right before our eyes. Fear Allah!

◆ Sleep is the minor death and should make us reflect on death. The dream that we have is different from one another and the emotion in it is physical. The effect of it is also physical. Just like how whatever we will experience in lying in the grave is physical.

◆ Have we done our job (practising Islam) the best that we can or are we just complaining?

◆ Our words and conduct may become the reason for someone to be interested in Islam or digusted with Islam. We are representing our deen whether we like it or not, whether we want it or not.

◆ You will not be successful nor creative enough in the field that you don't like. You must pursue the field that you like.

◆ Read Ayatul Kursi after your solah as Rasulullah SAW said that whoever does this, then nothing will come between him and Jannah except for death.

◆ Believers should have the attitude of wanting to excel in halal matters better than others. Competitiveness in doing good deeds!

◆ When you lose something precious, always ask Allah SWT to replace it with something better.
“When a calamity strikes one of you, then let him say: ‘Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return. O Allah, I seek reward with You for my affliction, so reward me for it, and replace it for me with something better (Innā lillāhi wa innā ilaihi rāji`ūn, Allāhumma `indaka aḥtasibu muṣībatī fa’jurnī fīhā wa abdilnī minhā khair).’

◆ You are on a battlefield against shaytaan. Always wear your armour! Recite your adzkar and dua in the morning and evening.

◆ Those who turn away from Allah's reminder, their life will be miserable no matter how much is in their possession.

◆ We are living in this dunya temporarily and do not know when our passport will expire.

◆ There are messengers who had very few followers or only one follower and even had no follower at all. It was not their fault that their people do not accept Islam, rather it is the people's fault for rejecting the truth. Generally, people do not like to accept the truth that they consider strange.

◆ Do not care about numbers of people rather focus on the quality of our work. Result is from Allah.

◆ If you obey most people on earth, they will indeed lead you astray
Surah Al-Anaam, Verse 116:

And if you obey most of those on earth, they will mislead you far away from Allah's Path. They follow nothing but conjectures, and they do nothing but lie.
(English - Mohsin Khan)

◆ Allah SWT told Prophet SAW that most people even if you care for them, won't believe.
Surah Yusuf, Verse 103:

And most of mankind will not believe even if you desire it eagerly.
(English - Mohsin Khan)

◆ The truth is strange so only few people will accept it. The number of believers compared to disbelievers are like a white hair on a black bull during the Day of Judgement. Be among the few!

◆ Commit yourself to Allah, not to people.

◆ Your happiest, best moments should be the moments of your obedience to Allah SWT.

◆ Even if you are alone, do not compromise your deen regardless the pressure.

◆ Sadly, people now leave the sunnah but do the bidaah.

The beautiful hadith of Yaum Al Mazeed

The beautiful hadith shared by Ustaz in last night's Quranication class

As reported from the truthful worthy of credibility (Muhammad S.A.W.) and is found in Sahih, in the Sunans and Massanids, reported by Jarir, Suhayb, Anas, Abu Huraira, Abu Musa and Abu Said, (May Allah be pleased with them all).

And listen on the Day when the caller will call out, ' O people of Paradise, Your Blessed and Exalted Lord wants to meet you.  So come to visit!  They will say : 'At your service'. They will rise and hasten to visit.  They will have najaib (special vehicles) and will leave in a hurry until they will arrive to the valley of 'Al-Afyah'.  That is their point of meeting as they will all be gathered there. Not one of them will leave.  The Lord Almighty will ask that His Throne be brought and put in the place of the meeting.

Then they will set up platforms in Nur (for the people of Paradise), and platforms of pearls, and platforms of aquamarine, and platforms of gold and silver.  And the lowest of them will be sitting on hills of musk.  And there is no one lower among them.  They will see the owners of the chairs (the more righteous) above them in due happiness.  Until they are all well established and reassured of their place, the caller will call out 'O people of Paradise, you have a meeting with Allah.  He wants to reward you.'  They will say, 'What? Has he not instructed our scales [good deeds] made our faces shine,  and made us enter Paradise and saved us from the Fire?'

And while they stand, a light (unlike no other) will illuminate through Paradise.  They will raise their heads.  Then when the All-Compeller, Perfect in His Majesty with His Exalted names is present above them, He will say, 'O people of Paradise, Salamun Alaikum (may the peace and blessings be upon you).   They will not have anything better to say than 'Allaahumma antassalaam wa minkassalaam tabarakta ya zaljalali wal-ikram.(O our Lord, Allah! You are Peace, from You comes peace, Blessed is the Owner of Majesty and Honour!

And the Lord, the Majestic, to Him belong all Blessings will then say to them, 'O people of Paradise.' This is the first thing they will hear from Him, 'My servants who obeyed Me while they did not see Me, this is Yaum al Mazeed (Day of Increase),' So they will all come together on a single word which is 'we are satisfied, be pleased with us.  He will say 'O people of Paradise, if I was not happy with you, I would not have let you enter into My Paradise.  Today is Yaum al Mazeed, so ask of Me.'

They will all unite on a single word, which is 'show us Your Face so that we may see You'  And so the Lord Almighty will remove the veil [between Him and the people of Paradise] .  He will manifest Himself in all His glory, and the brilliance of His Nur, they will forget all the benefits they had seen (from their time in Paradise).  And had Allaah not willed, they would have burned by the brilliance of His Nur.  And there will be no one there but each person will meet with his Lord!.  Then He [Allaah] will say, 'Do you recall the day when you did such-and-such (sin)?'.  They will then remember the sins committed in dunya [standing before Allaah]. They will respond, 'O Lord do you not then forgive us?'   Allaah will say, ' Only thanks to My forgiveness have you arrived at this grade'

◆ When there is no barakah in your wealth, your money will easily flow out for useless reasons (where you won't benefit from the spending).

◆ It doesn't mean that if you learn something, you will understand it. Those who understand, will actually apply the knowledge.

◆ Allah SWT does not mention the details of certain matters to make things easy for us.
Surah Al-Maeda, Verse 101:

O you who believe! Ask not about things which, if made plain to you, may cause you trouble. But if you ask about them while the Quran is being revealed, they will be made plain to you. Allah has forgiven that, and Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Forbearing.
(English - Mohsin Khan)

◆ If The Creator addresses His Messenger SAWS with the most dignified way, then we should at least do the same.

◆ Hadith explains the Quran. We need to use both as our sources of guidance.

◆ In general, raising one's voice in an argument is a sign that the argument itself is weak.

◆ Disrespecting the Messenger of Allah may cause your deeds to be rejected.
Surah Al-Hujraat, Verse 2:

O you who believe! Raise not your voices above the voice of the Prophet (SAW), nor speak aloud to him in talk as you speak aloud to one another, lest your deeds may be rendered fruitless while you perceive not.
(English - Mohsin Khan)

◆ The companions gave up their lives so that we can get the clear message of Islam. Appreciate it!

◆ A lesson from Surah Al Hujurat: Do not raise your voice above those of higher status (not referring to social class) out of respect (i.e., elders, teachers or those with more knowledge or who are leading matters in Muslim society) even if you disagree with them.

◆ Recite Ayatul Kursi before you go to sleep to have your own personal bodyguard while sleeping.

◆ Raining time is a great time to make dua.  Every single rain drop has an angel bringing it down!

◆ The angels change shift during fajr and asr. So you can get double the reward for praying fajr and asr because different angels are writing your same deeds wa Allahu alam.

◆ Making others happy will make you happy. When you give to others, Allah will give to you back even more!

◆ The angels make dua to Allah to give more to those who give & to destroy the wealth of those who are greedy.

◆ Being generous makes you happy. Based on research, money can buy happiness only if it is given away.

◆ Life is a test. The test of prosperity is more difficult than the test of hardship.  Because more people seek Allah in time of hardship while more people drift away from Allah when they prosper.

◆ It's OK to be rich but be thankful. Don't let dunya get into your heart.

◆ To be thankful for your wealth or children is to spend your wealth in the most pleasing way to Allah and to teach your children to be obedient to Allah.

◆ One of the best ways to spend money is in seeking knowledge. When you spend it for knowledge (either on yourself or others), Allah will increase your wealth.

◆ Allah loves that moment when you ask Him. The more you ask Allah, the more pleased will Allah be with you. ASK. ASK. ASK.

◆ Ask for everything that you want to Allah. Asking for just little things is belittling Allah.

◆ People will give you lesser and lesser each time you ask them BUT Allah will give you more and more each time you ask Him SWT.

◆ Depend on Allah and see what Allah will give you in return.

◆ You can't even blink your eye without Allah's permission. Everything is in the hand of Allah. All matters are in the hands of Allah.

◆ Allah will never neglect you.

◆ The reason we don't depend on Allah is because our eman is weak. We don't have enough conviction and don't have firm believe.

◆ Allah can make a miracle happen like how He can open the sea for prophet Musa and his people.

◆ Sabr is at the beginning of the calamity, not after everything is over.

◆ Regardless of how healthy, wealthy or influential you are, you will still need to depend on someone.

◆ But the creations are not always dependable or capable and will eventually go away. Thus, depend on The Creator, The Ever Living, The Most Powerful.

Surah Al-Furqan, Verse 58:

And put your trust (O Muhammad SAW) in the Ever Living One Who dies not, and glorify His Praises, and Sufficient is He as the All-Knower of the sins of His slaves;
(English - Mohsin Khan)

◆ Allah has commanded us to depend on Him in the Quran and we should be depending on Him no matter where we are.
Surah Aal-e-Imran, Verse 160:

If Allah helps you, none can overcome you; and if He forsakes you, who is there after Him that can help you? And in Allah (Alone) let believers put their trust.
(English - Mohsin Khan)

◆ Protect Allah's deen by following His commands and following His prophet SAW & He will protect you!

◆ Even if the whole world come together to harm you, no harm will inflict you if Allah does not allow it. And even if the whole nation unites to benefit you, you will not benefit from it if Allah doesn't decree it upon you.

◆ What more do you want to ask for if you have Allah's protection?

◆ Prophet Ibrahim a.s. was protected from the fire, Prophet Yunus a.s. was protected in the whale's belly and Rasulullah s.a.w. was protected in the Cave of Thur against his pursuers. They were protected by Allah SWT because they protected His deen!
1) Surah Al-Anbiya, Verse 69:

We (Allah) said: "O fire! Be you coolness and safety for Ibrahim (Abraham)!"
(English - Mohsin Khan)

2) Surah Al-Anbiya, Verse 87:

And (remember) Dhan-Nun (Jonah), when he went off in anger, and imagined that We shall not punish him (i.e. the calamites which had befallen him)! But he cried through the darkness (saying): La ilaha illa Anta [none has the right to be worshipped but You (O Allah)], Glorified (and Exalted) are You [above all that (evil) they associate with You]. Truly, I have been of the wrong-doers."
(English - Mohsin Khan) See also 37 :139 - 148
3) Surah At-Taubah, Verse 40:

If you help him (Muhammad SAW) not (it does not matter), for Allah did indeed help him when the disbelievers drove him out, the second of two, when they (Muhammad SAW and Abu Bakr) were in the cave, and he (SAW) said to his companion (Abu Bakr): "Be not sad (or afraid), surely Allah is with us." Then Allah sent down His Sakinah (calmness, tranquillity, peace, etc.) upon him, and strengthened him with forces (angels) which you saw not, and made the word of those who disbelieved the lowermost, while it was the Word of Allah that became the uppermost, and Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.
(English - Mohsin Khan)

◆ When you remember Allah, then Allah will remember you. When you preserve His religion, then He will preserve you.
Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 152:

Therefore remember Me (by praying, glorifying, etc.). I will remember you, and be grateful to Me (for My countless Favours on you) and never be ungrateful to Me.
(English - Mohsin Khan)

◆ That moment when you feel sick or helpless or depressed or you need something in this dunya, just ask Allah SWT!

◆ It is very, very disrespectful to Allah that we ask His creations first before Him! You must first supplicate to Allah then only seek His response and search for the means via His creations.

◆ Please Allah before others. You can't actually please people without pleasing Allah.

◆ When you follow people, they might bring you further away from Allah. But if you follow Allah, He SWT will teach you how to treat people nicely.
Surah Al-Anaam, Verse 116:

And if you obey most of those on earth, they will mislead you far away from Allah's Path. They follow nothing but conjectures, and they do nothing but lie.
(English - Mohsin Khan)

◆ ASK - Just ask Allah. He is All Hearing.
Surah Al-Hujraat, Verse 1:

O you who believe! Do not put (yourselves) forward before Allah and His Messenger (SAW), and fear Allah. Verily! Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
(English - Mohsin Khan)

◆ Nafs Muthma'innah: Love what Allah loves, Hate what Allah hates, spend in His way and hold tight to His rope.

◆ Make dua for beneficial knowledge, that is, a knowledge that can benefit you in dunya and akhirah & that you can reflect upon and apply.

"‏ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا وَعَمَلاً مُتَقَبَّلاً ‏"

‘Allahumma inni as’aluka ‘ilman nafi’an, wa rizqan tayyiban, wa ‘amalan mutaqabbalan
(O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, goodly provision and acceptable deeds).’

◆ A knowledge that you gain so that you can debate and hurt people is not a beneficial knowledge.

◆ How to control your anger? Think of Allah.

◆ You can't please people - you will just get hurt. Seek only Allah's pleasure & don't let people destroy your happiness.

◆ Allah commands us to worship Him not because He needs our worship but because we need the worship.

◆ Allah does not need anything as He is As Samad. But everything else needs Him.
Surah Al-Ikhlas, Verse 2:

◆ Allah SWT is The Owner of Peace. You can't gain peace if you don't go back to Allah. You can't find peace in other than Allah. Only by remembering Allah will heart find rest.
Surah Ar-Rad, Verse 28:

Those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism), and whose hearts find rest in the remembrance of Allah, Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.

◆ How to remember Allah?
    ○ By remembering what He has asked you to do and not to do
    ○ With Prayer: Allah said to establish prayer to remember Him
Surah Taha, Verse 14:

◆ If you want to be the best parent/teacher/businessman/etc., just follow one man: Rasulullah s.a.w.!

◆ Isn't it easier to follow a man than multiple people? Then do it! Follow his sunnah! That's the guaranteed path to success.

◆ Learn to swallow the bitter truth. Most medicine are bitter yet can heal by the will of Allah.

(English - Mohsin Khan)
Surah At-Taubah, Verse 100:

And the first to embrace Islam of the Muhajirun (those who migrated from Makkah to Al-Madinah) and the Ansar (the citizens of Al-Madinah who helped and gave aid to the Muhajirun) and also those who followed them exactly (in Faith). Allah is well-pleased with them as they are well-pleased with Him. He has prepared for them Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise), to dwell therein forever. That is the supreme success.
(English - Mohsin Khan)

◆ Shaytan also believes but chooses to disobey. You need to both belief and obey to be a true believer. Actions matter!

◆ Those who are arrogant, Allah will lead them astray.

◆ If it is the truth, then you must accept it even if the advisor is less knowledgeable. That's the sign of humility.

◆ Differentiate between Islam & Muslims. When you call people to Islam, call them to Allah, not to sects.

◆ Seek knowledge till the day you die.

◆ No one knows what's inside your heart except for you and Allah.

◆ What Allah always emphasize is the ending. In the beginning,  there may be a lot of challenges and struggles. But if you're sincere, you may have a good ending.

◆ To move forward, we must seek Allah.

◆ Allah guide us by sending a Book. If we don't go back to this book, then we cannot be guided.

◆ The best way to drop a bad habit is by following it with a good deed. Example: Donate RM100 in charity everytime you backbite.

◆ If you are having a hard time breaking a sin due to the environment, then may be it is time for you to move away from that environment. Make hijrah to a better place with better people. You must be willing to make that sacrifice.

◆ Our 5 daily prayers are our pitstops to remind ourselves and refuel ourselves with taqwa. So are jumaah and Ramadhan.

◆ The quality of your heart is reflected by the quality of your prayer!

◆ A heart that is clean & pure will never get tired of the Quran.

◆ According to Hanafi, making a mockery of the religion is kufr. Example: Saying bismillah before drinking wine is an act of kufr.

◆ Always say bismillah prior to doing a good act to protect yourself from jinns and shayateen.

◆ You are not really smart if you reject the truth.

◆ Arrogance is rejecting the truth when you know that it is the truth, and to belittle others.

◆ Arrogance is worse than shirk. Shirk is worshipping Allah still, but associating Him with others while arrogance is refusing to worship Allah SWT all together.

◆ When we don't clean something for a long time, the stain will get harder to remove. The same goes with our heart that needs constant cleaning.

◆ Other than tawbah, istighfar & remembering Allah, small deeds also cleanses our heart.

◆ Do not belittle small deeds. A deed that is small and insignificant to your eyes may become the cause of you entering Jannah or raise your level in Jannah.

◆ When we do so much sins then there will be so much dirt, thus the heart becomes dirty and sick. The sinners feel weakened and find it hard to do good deeds.

◆ Cure your heart from sickness by consistently asking Allah SWT for forgiveness via words and actions.

◆ By action: if you commit a bad deed, follow it up with a good deed.

◆ Everyone makes mistakes, but the best people are those who repent to Allah SWT after they made mistakes. Allah loves the repenters.
Al Baqarah 2:222

◆ A believer never fall into the same hole twice. He will either be very careful the next time he approaches the hole or he takes another path to avoid that hole.

◆ Everyone gets angry but you must control it. Hold it back and be rational.

◆ Be conscious of Allah wherever you may be and in whatever you are doing.

◆ The main focus of dakwah is tawheed. Don't get distracted with answering attacking questions rather focus on inviting people to "La ilaha illa Allah".

◆ One of the proofs that God exist is there are so many people who believe in Him. It is our innate nature and will naturally come out even for the atheists.

◆ One of the miracles of the Quran is that it is revealed in a foreign language for many of us, yet we can memorize it.

◆ To worship Allah is to do things that will please Him, be it thoughts, words, actions or inactions.

◆ Remembering the blessings of Allah SWT should make us more obedient to Him SWT.

◆ Be confident in your dua. Know that Allah SWT is not incapable of granting your dua. The One who can create the heavens and earth from nothing can definitely grant you anything.

◆ Tawheed is giving to Allah all that belongs to Him.

◆ Ikhlas comes from the root word that carries the meaning "uncontaminated" and "pure". Let's have ikhlas in our actions!

◆ You can't do the exact same things over and over again yet expecting different result. That is insanity!

◆ Turn off your auto pilot. Don't make your ibadah as a mere routine without any reflection.

7 types of people Allaah loves.

- as mentioned in the Qur'an.

1) At Tawwabiin (One who turn to Allah / repent constantly)
Al Baqarah [2:222]

2) Al Muttaqiin ( One who constantly tries to be taqwa - God conscious, acts aright, wards off evil) Ali Imran [3:76]

3) Al Muhsiniin (One who constantly does good)
Ali Imran [3:134]

4) As Sobiriin (One who is always patient, firm and steadfast)
Ali Imran [3:146]

5) Al Muttawakkiliin (One who always puts their trust in God)
Ali Imran [3:159]

Al-Ma'idah [5:42]

7) Al Muttohhiriin (One who always keep themselves clean, physically and spiritually)
At-Tauba [9:108]

These are not the only ayats where God's love for a type of people is mentioned.
It can also be found in other ayats, but as a whole, it's these 7 types of people.
And of course, all of the above traits are found in the most beloved man, our Prophet S.A.W.

So, if we want to be loved by God, and to be safe, let's try our best to strictly follow the sunnah of the Prophet SAW.
Ali Imran (3:31)

Say: "If ye do love Allah, Follow me: Allah will love you and forgive you your sins: For Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."

** As shared by Ustaz Hidayat in Quranication class. The list, based on an article written by Dr Muhammad Rateb An-Nablusi, which he quoted from Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawjiyyah (751H) in his books 'Madarij As Salikin' (The Understanding of the Seekers) and Raudhatul Muhibbin (Garden of the lovers).

◆ The best goodness Allah SWT can give you is knowledge.

◆ When Allah SWT gives you knowledge, He wants to see if you appreciate it.

◆ When you appreciate it, Allah will increase it!

◆ Whoever seek the path of knowledge,  Allah SWT makes the path to paradise easy for him.
◆ Consistency in seeking knowledge is the biggest challenge. At the beginning of acquiring it, make the intention to understand and act upon it.

◆ The gathering of knowledge is the inheritance of Prophet SAWS. Every moment of it is considered an ibadah.

◆ To have iman in Allah is to believe in Him, act upon your belief and utter your belief.

◆ Barakah is consistent goodness. When there is no barakah in one's wealth/children, it will just make them sad - some would crumble and wish that they don't have what they have.

◆ Sometimes Allah does not give you something right away because you are not ready for it.

◆ Plant the seed of goodness, you will never know when it will sprout.
